There are many reasons why hot melt adhesive films may not adhere firmly, including operating methods and equipment conditions. Among these, TPE hot melt adhesive films are quite sensitive to usage parameters. When the temperature is low and the time is short, it may not melt properly, resulting in poor adhesion. Similarly, when the temperature is high and the time is long, it may melt excessively, thus reducing adhesion. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously test and find the most suitable usage parameters. It is generally recommended to perform adjustments and tests at around 175℃ for about 25 seconds.
