The difference between with release paper and without
The difference between them is mainly in the method of use.
The adhesive film without release paper is directly placed between the two layers of materials to be bonded when it is used, and it only needs to be hot pressed once. More convenient for continuous lamination operation.
When the adhesive film with release paper is used, it is necessary to heat the release paper first, press the adhesive film to the material on the side to be bonded, then peel off the release paper, and then apply heat to the other side. The bonding material is hot-pressed, and it needs to be hot-pressed twice to complete the bonding. This makes the positioning and fitting operation more convenient.
Usually, a film with a release liner will cost more.
Size of iron-on adhesive
We can customize the size of the product according to your needs, including thickness, width and length. As indicated in the above technical parameter table, the thickness of XJO115 model products can be customized from 0.05mm to 0.4mm, and the length of each roll can be from 0.1m to 500m. Generally speaking, in the field of manual appliques, the product size is 45cm (17.7 inches) wide*5 yards/roll and 43cm (17 inches) wide*93cm (1 yard)/piece. The more commonly used thickness and weight are: 0.05 mm (XJO115), 35gms (ZWA35) , 28gms(ZGS-28) and 23gms (P-XWA116)

Packaging of fusible web and adhesive sheet
PE (LDPE) bag and PP bag packaging
There are many types of the outer packaging, and the most commonly used is to use PE (LDPE) bags or PP bags for packaging, as shown in the figure below. Its advantage is that it is cheap. Compared with PP bags, PE (LDPE) bags are of higher quality. The size of the packaging bag is different. We can make the content and size of the packaging bag according to the length of the product and the design drawing.
Bundled paper and heat shrinkable film packaging
Bundled paper and heat shrinkable film packaging are usually used for long-length Iron-on adhesive products. Print on the wrapping paper and wrap the heat shrinkable film on the outer layer.
Carton packaging
Of course, we can also use carton packaging, such as the 808 models in the Pellon brand. But the packaging cost will be higher, and the minimum order quantity for printing and packaging will be more.
Outer packaging
We will use a carton for outer packaging. Usually, the number of products in a carton is 36 (45cm*5 yards) and 135 (43cm*1 yards), and the weight of each carton does not exceed 12 kg, and the carton is labeled with a label. Of course, we can also customize the size of the carton and the weight of each carton according to your requirements.
